"房間空間尚算充足，可打開兩個大型行李箱。不過，浴室排水口嚴重堵塞，向酒店人員反映後，才更換至另一間房。此外，辦理入住的員工態度不夠謹慎，其中一張房卡資訊錯誤，必須再次前往櫃檯更新。房間內有莫名的冰冷感，入住時已特別告知需要開啟暖氣，但其中一間房的暖氣並未開啟，需再次提醒才閞啟總制。櫃檯人員服務態度極差，本次已是第二次入住，基於上次經驗，入住時便先行提醒相關開啟暖氣及浴室排水口事宜，結果仍令人失望，完全沒有確實跟進。退房後發現遺留物品，返回領取時雖順利取回，但飯店人員的誠信實在令人質疑。不推薦入住！房間空間尚算充足，可打開兩個大型行李箱。不過，浴室排水口嚴重堵塞，向酒店人員反映後，才更換至另一間房。 ..."
