“This is a fantastic pub to stay and dine at. 4 nights here with wonderfully comfortable and quiet room. Excellent staff, great evening menu and food. Lovely atmosphere. Amazing walking right from the front door, car did not move for the whole time. The breakfast is the only thing that needs attention… the full English is good quality and well cooked but took 30-40 mins to arrive and on cold plates - easily rectified I hope. The yoghurt is a cheap sweetened option only and limited fruit. All can……

“Good stay apart from breakfast. I had vegetarian, very greasy hash browns and vegi sausages were much. Partner had normal breakfast and had same issue with greasy hash browns and limp bacon. The next morning we both just had toast.”
