“The condo is exactly as described. The check-in was easy. The videos of the garage and how to enter secured buildings is very helpful. Host is extremely helpful and quick to respond. The building staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Convenient for grocery and wine runs! Even a Target within a block!The unit is low on flatware - not an issue for 2 of us, but would be for 3 or more occupants.”

“Fantastic place! Hosts great response time. More furniture in living room than pic which made it better for family. Target, Sprouts and Giant all super close. Only challenge was parking to drop off and pack up but it worked fine with our crew. There is ramp to side door near parking that worked great once get apt key. ”

“The apartment was just as it was described, and very clean. Also the front desk folks were very helpful getting me situated. Very much enjoyed the neighborhood and so conveniently located for the work I was doing at a nearby school. “Very nice and comfortable stay in a beautiful historic building. Having safe and secure free parking attached to the building was a major draw! Not having to worry about finding a parking spot and paying additional parking fees in the city alleviated unnecessary stress. Our stay was due to a family member having surgery with a week long hospital stay at the nearby Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The property is conveniently located only 2.5 miles away from the hospital making it easy……

“The only security between my family and anyone on the street (in a rather rough-looking neighborhood) was an unlocked door to the building and a hollow-core apartment door with a simplistic key code. There is no loading zone to park to unload a vehicle, except for the driveway of the bodyshop next door. While the apartment itself was generally clean, the building was not.
