"The over all property itself is a 4/4.5...not dissimilar to the Hotels in the area. The benefit here is if you are seeing a show at the Met. From the time I left the condo till I was inside the Met was 10 minutes. Lots of good places to eat around you. Parking is an issue if you are looking to get to the area close to show time. I've already booked my next stay for the next show."

"Nice property with an awesome rooftop area. We were a group of 5 and it was not suitable for us. My son did sleep on the couch but there were no extra blanket or pillows for him. Would not sleep a sixth person as listing indicates. Disappointingly not enough essentials for our 3 day stay - such as toilet paper. Getting in the property is tricky - multiple door knobs on two separate entrances - but felt secure once inside. Was great to walk to Temple University and overall safe location."

"My family and a friend were in Philly for my daughter's UPenn graduation. The apartment was in a great location, was spacious and spotless! Graduation went late and Philly restaurants do not stay open late so it was nice to have a kitchen and eating area where we could bring in take out. The next day we were so close to our restaurant at Rittenhouse Square that we enjoyed a pleasant walk there and back. The host is amazing! We were trying to figure out how to juggle the ceremonies and check in...

"The amenities were more then plentiful. We stayed over night after a show at the met so location was amazing. The alley can be entertaining to say the least at times but otherwise the property, location, and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would use the property again if we have another show."

"We were about a 15min drive to everywhere we wanted to visit. The subway is right out the front door as well. The area seems to be up & coming. A little sketchy if you're not used to that. No problems, everybody we talked to were friendly."

"The property was very quiet at night. The unit was clean, shower was great! The only issue is parking. There is no parking in front (even though it says loading zone). It is difficult to get things from car to the front desk area unless someone is with you. The garage spaces could be better marked. Also concierge will not open garage at the end of your stay, so you have to find somewhere to park and take fob back to unit. Street parking is very difficult."

"While I contacted the host as soon as it became clear that the air conditioner was not working at all and the apartment was 85 degrees and she was polite and communicative, she did nothing to remedy the situation so we got very little sleep in the sweltering apartment. She apparently contacted Maintenance but they never came. There was also a road closure that made it impossible to enter the building garage. There were also no washcloths, and the kitchen had only a few glasses and no corkscrew....

"Gladys was an excellent host. She realized my original rental was double booked. She quickly provided me with an upgrade and another rental at the same location. The place was great and had convient parking. Will definitely stay again next time in Philly."

"Overall our stay was great! The apartment is very spacious and in a pretty good neighborhood. One block from target, Starbucks, and spouts is a definite plus! The apartment is a bit dated and worn but everything was very clean and functional. The host was very responsive when our Internet went out late at night!"
