All staff were pleasant but seemed a little overwhelmed. Perhaps this is an isolated incident. The room was fine clean but a bit outdated. I would go back, there are not a lot of options right in Phillipsburgh. ”

“I arrived at the property and found it to be filthy. The pool was closed, and the overall condition of the hotel was disgusting. There was even an ambulance at the property attending to a guest in one of the rooms. The hotel looked more like a place rented by the hour than a reputable hotel for overnight stays.
