“We were here as the next to the next last stop on our way home from our vacation. I wanted a place with close proximity to the ocean somewhere along the south coast of Maine. This place fit the bill perfectly and when we arrived about 2 hours before sundown and one hour before low tide it was even more perfect. John is a welcoming host and eager to make sure you enjoy your stay. The cottage is great for 2 people, equipped with the basics and has a great deck to enjoy the views. Planning to return next year.
