Thanks, to Expedia for fixing things at the previous hotel that I was booked through they were able to rebook me and this hotel was so much better. I am completely 100% satisfied with the staff the hotel everything was perfect.

Everything was great, other than the woman who checked me in didn’t bother to look at me, as she said she’d be with me in a minute. While I waited to check in, a gentleman reported to the front desk that towels at pool needed replenished. Front desk woman told them she’d be with them in a minute again without looking up. Then a couple hours later we went to the pool and there were no towels available. Other than that, everything was great. Clean hotel with nice areas to relax at the hotel and nice rooms.

Beautiful hotel great breakfast

Everything was excellent except that the bath tub had some stains. Still looked kind of clean but the stains were not attractive and have you confidence in the cleanliness.

Didn’t know it was under construction

Currently under construction, safety door didn’t lock, old furniture, needs new pillows, thermostat is confusing, only had two spoons in drawer, & tub faucet leaked all night. Front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Very nice rooms and grounds. The breakfast was fresh and very good. The only issue was we went to the pool at 10:30 and were told a few minutes later to get out because it closed at 10:00. The web sight said it closed at 11:00 and also the sign by the front gate said it closed at 11:00. I called the front desk but was offered an apology and told again it closed at 10:00 even though the hotel’s info all said 11:00.

The room is basic but clean. The staff seemed that weird friendly fake and had no information about the local area. i asked about a CVS the young lady said she was not sure and i should google. I did. CVS is 4 minutes away. Asked what there is to do again blank. The breakfast was what you expect. Basic accommodations.
