We were surprised to find that the house is on 4 floors, one bedroom in the basement; kitchen, front room and toilet on the ground floor; shower, bath, toilet and living room on the second floor; two bedrooms (double and two singles) on the top floor. "We had an amazing holiday experience ,from the lovely friendly welcome from Richard to our sad to leave conversation with Rachel . The Carr’s was a super cottage set in its own private garden , which was very well maintained and the spring flowers were Devine. The welcome pack containing delicious biscuits and a carrot cake as well as tea and coffee was a real treat, and the fresh flowers were a lovely homely touch. We will most definitely be back."

"The cottage was perfect for our family break. Well equipped and cosy. We loved making a fire in the evening and playing board games. We also enjoyed exploring the local area and found some great restaurants. We were lucky with the weather so made the post of it with visits to Whitby, Scarborough, Dalby Woods, the Moors and of course Pickering village. Great family break. Highly recommend.
