Would Not Stay Again

The neighborhood was fine. The hotel is old and very outdated. The rooms were not clean and the linens had stains. The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. So much so, we had to air out our luggage when we got home. The staff however was very nice. I would not stay again.

Fast and Easy Service

We hit major rain on the way in so we didn’t arrive until after midnight and the service was quick and easy. Which was fantastic since we were so tired bu that point.

Why pay more

The hotel was everything I needed for comfort, safety and convenience while making a family visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Larger refrigerator than I usually get in a hotel room. Breakfast was far better than what I expected.

Friendly staff at front desk, however, room was filthy and not well maintained. Mouse poop on bed, food on floor, bathroom was disgusting, stunk like stale smoke, refrigerator was dirty with spills, everything in the room was stained, slimy and/or sticky.

Over all the staff was great.The issues fall on the condition of the rooms.The toilet seats were beyond disgusting.It would of been more appealing to just take the seats off completely.They were cracked,stained,&peeling.The bathrooms stunk kinda musty&moldy. But the beds were actually very comfortable.They have alot of repairs&upgrades to work on.

I was in town for a wedding and this was the closest place for us to stay. I called and explained we could use extra time to get ready so they made sure our room was clean so we could check in early. Not many places would do that!

Front Staff is awesome and accommodating but the room obviously had not had vacuum ran in a long time other than straight down main walking path maybe and toilet was not cleaned well! There was crumbs and garbage behind the nightstand and dirt and” who knows what” around toilet so had to clean it myself before use!

You get what you pay for

It's an older hotel, and rather on the shabby side. There looks to be updates done twenty years ago. Walls are marked, carpets dirty. Shower curtain was moldy, but they changed it out when I asked them too. The service was good, they do try to accommodate.
