“Not impressed. Super bummed at our recent stay at the cottages at Eagle Point. Zero communication from the property owners/managers prior to our trip. Repeated efforts to communicate via email/text/phone to get answers to our questions which ultimately affected our trip. Quick tip…do not advertise ‘slop side access’ when the runs are closed. ”

“The condo wasn't oversold online. The direction books were clear and precise and easy to understand. Nothing out of the ordinary. It was well equipped. Response time was quick from the property manager. A few downsides: The trash from the previous guests were not taken out and when we showed up the heat was not on, and we couldn't easily figure out how to turn it on right away. Suggestion would have been to notify in the welcome book that the heat is not on and make the directions to turn on the...

“We rented two units and neither one disappointed. This particular unit slept eight in the queen size bunkbeds and also had a pullout Murphy bed in the bathroom. Extra large couch would also accommodate additional people. The only downside to having that many beds is there is only one bathroom to share.
