Large Victorian Home Near City Centre - Sleeps 6

Spacious end-of-terrace house with large rooms and high ceilings. A comfortable space for you and your family or group to enjoy. Central location with free on street parking and an easy one-mile walk to the City Centre, University and local tourist attractions. Co-op shopping, fast food and other conveniences 100 meters.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and downstairs toilet. Open plan lounge dining room, smart tv, sound system and extendable dining table.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a staircase that leads to a cosy mezzanine double. Walk-in shower in the upstairs bathroom. South-facing backyard with Mediterranean-style seating.
