Located by the elevator was a bit noisy. Other than that, wonderful stay!

Bathroom is ok but the tub and toilet look like they are 40 years old. The tub didn’t drain well and the shower never got very hot. The overall room was fine. The in room coffee maker wasn’t good. That should be replaced/updated. The bed was comfortable.

I believe this was the first time staying at a Marriott Hotel and I have to say the experience was a solid 9/10. From the moment we arrived the front desk staff and the restaurant/bar team were outstanding - friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They really set the tone for the great stay. We stayed in room 538 which had a king size bed that was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious clean and had excellent blackout shades, which made it easy to relax and sleep. The only issue we ran into was the morning cleaning staff starting around 7 AM. There was a lot of loud talking near the linen room as if people were shouting across a long distance. One morning, I had to leave early for errands and could clearly hear someone talking very loudly again. When I opened the door I saw one of the cleaning staff on her phone, using a hands-free device speaking loudly from inside the linen room. I asked why are you so loud and she just smiled without saying anything. It felt inconsiderate to guest who might still be sleeping. Aside from that everything else about the stay was excellent. The hotel itself the amenities and especially the front desk and the restaurant staff made the experience extremely positive. I would definitely stay here again - I just hope management can address the early morning noise from housekeeping.
