"I had an amazing stay at Northwood Motel! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but what really made my stay special was the hospitality. The owner is absolutely awesome—very friendly, caring, helpful, and genuinely makes sure the guests are comfortable. It honestly didn’t feel like I was staying at a motel; it felt more like staying at home with people who truly care about you. It’s not often you find a place where you feel this welcomed and relaxed. I really appreciate the kindness and great service throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Northwood Motel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay feel like home! ❤️"

"Beautiful private space with high end finishings and appliances. Well appointed kitchen. I was late arriving and unsure about directions and Martin was quick to reply to every inquiry and left the light on for us. Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends as well. "We had such a great stay in Birch Bay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and in a great location, which made it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and we felt right at home. One of the absolute highlights was Bruno, the house dog — he was SO sweet and adorable and definitely made our stay extra special! 🐾❤️ We loved seeing him around. The property was peaceful, well cared for, and exactly what we were hoping for. Communication was easy, check-in was smooth, and overall we had a really enjoyable experience. We would happily stay here again and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Birch Bay!"
