“Our room was lovely, with two balconies overlooking the pool! Fully kitted out with all amenities you'd expect. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, however during checkin the experience faltered a little, with it taking about 30 minutes to tell us our room wasn't ready (no problem with this, but sitting in reception waiting for someone to let us know was much less fun than sitting at the pool would have been!) and then another 30+ mins waiting for our bags to be brought to the room after……

“Excellent and comfortable hotel located within 15 mins walking distance from the Olivia airport terminal. Loved the Illy espresso machine in the room. The Bacchus Restaurant was superb and the included continental breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The bartender was very hospitable and the drink options were fun 😁”

“The staff was excellent. It was our anniversary and. special get away. I wrote to the GM prior to make sure we had a room with a view, I was very disappointed it was not provided. I had to talk to the manager who accommodated us but it was not available for FOUR days. Also we did not know about a Very Nice CLUB at the beach for several Days.”

Commuting was a little hassle due to two road that lead you to the hotel but once you tell the taxi to take you via the main road it’s no problem at all! Hotel really lives up to luxury and 5 star treatment great job!”

“The junior suite is not fit for 4 adults, maybe 2 adults and 2 very small kids would be ok. The 2 twin beds are just small cots with mattresses. AC was running very poorly, so we had trouble sleeping.”

“Very beautiful property. Helpful staff. But terrible bed, AC doesn’t go below 21c, shower was clogged and didn’t drain, pay for waters / drinks in the room. Looks great in photos, not worth the price.”

“Das Hotel ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Gehoben und sehr ruhig, dennoch Zentrumsnah. Unser Delixe Zimmer war sehr modern, sehr gut ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Smart TV und Kühlschrank. Das Zimmer war groß genug und das Balkon hevorragend mit super Dorfblick. Das Frühstück war vorhanden, war aber nicht wirklich ein Frühstück sondern eher Snacks, es wurde aber jeden Tag neu gebracht. Dafür ziehen wir auf keinen Fall einen Punkt ab. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und viel Abwechslung. Die Besitzer……

“The hotel is very well situated in a quiet area of Palau and the sea view balcony rooms have an incredible view out over the marina and beyond. The room was nice, a shame that the door did not line up to see the view out. The air conditioning and bathroom were great, but there are no tea/coffee making facilities and the bed was not overly comfortable. Over a 4 night stay, there were 2 significant power cuts in the area, one of which went on for a few hours and made the room uncomfortable. The……
