“I loved my stay here! It is a perfect small condo type unit with a kitchenette. Perfect area to be very close to the boardwalk, but not in the center of all the tourist spots. Shops, and restaurants were maybe 5 min drive away at the most! Only walk across the parking lot distance to the beach! 10 minute walk down the beach to the pier! ”

Everything inside was clean, modern, and comfortable, just as shown in the listing (although the washer & dryer have been updated with very nice new units since that photo). The property managers were very helpful and quickly responded to my texted questions. I appreciated how simple it was to set up the sofa bed. The bathroom was spacious, and the outdoor shower was handy for rinsing sandy grandchildren. I don't think the location could have been more……

“We've been to New Smyrna several times but this place was awesome. Quick walk to the beach to see the sun rise. We enjoyed our private deck during the day and a hot tub at night. My husband grilled some meals but lots of local restaurants, to enjoy close by.”
