“We used to stay here often, but sadly, the place has gone downhill. When we had last stayed 2 years ago, they had changed check-in from 3pm to 4pm. Because they had employed so few housekeepers, rooms were not ready at 4pm. We could not get in until almost 7pm. No discount given, no complimentary drink at the tiki hut. After 2 years, we gave them another chance this past weekend. Once again, 4pm comes and goes and room not ready and no ETA. We are expected to checkout by a specific time,……

“The host gave us great details on how to get in and everything that we needed to do. We had our own transportation. The weather was rainy and windy down there and our host made sure we had something to accommodate us. If I had questions the host got back with me veryfast. We wanted to stay another night. We loved it and enjoyed every bit of it, even with the weather.”

“It was nice, the hotel is undergoing maintenance but the room had a really nice view and it was clean, I liked staying there. The hosts also went the extra mile and left us goodies and they were really nice. ”

We were in town for an event that was delayed a day due to weather and the host was absolutely AMAZING in accomodating us and adding a night's stay. She was extremely responsive to each message and had a wonderful attitude. Would stay here again!”
