"Great property in a great location! We had a group of 6 and it worked really well. 1 of the bedrooms is a bunk room that would accomodate a larger group/family well. Three Rivers was an awesome place to visit with great food - all guided by our tremendous host. From the moment we committed to the trip, our host was communicating at a super high level to ensure the stay was all we imagined - and more. Coffee on the deck by the river was fantastic!"

"My husband and I loved staying at the beautiful Kernville Ranch. We loved the quiet and the scenic beauty. I loved that the cottage was pet friendly and our dog had the time of her life seeing the amazing horses at the ranch. The community is amazing for hiking and outdoor adventures. "Spacious. Plenty of amenities however the two full size beds need mattresses. Very uncomfortable. Luggage racks in bedrooms would be very helpful rather than having to put everything on the floor. Refrigerator is very old and makes loud random banging noises. Carpet in bedrooms needs cleaning."
