"We stayed in a bungalow at this campsite and it was great! It was quite hot during the day without aircon or a fan, but thankfully it cooled down quite a lot in the evenings so having a window open was fine. Seems like the bungalows have 2 sun loungers on each shaded balcony so having an afternoon snooze was also possible. There was a shop onsite which is very convenient. "Perfect for our trip. The shuttle arrived on time and I would recommend using it as the property is somewhat further from the airport than suggested. The driver was extremely helpful and showed us exactly how to get to our room which is in a multi occupied building. Our room was clean, as was the small kitchen which was shared with one other room. Tea is rare in most Portiguese hotels so you need to bring a few tea bags with you if you want your morning cuppa. We also stayed here before our departure flight and used their shuttle service with the same success."

"Fantastic hotel. The room is modern and spotlessly clean. Amazing shower. Perfect location next to two beautiful plazas and within walking distance of the castle and the triumphal arch. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Miguel delivered a beautiful cake for my birthday and recommended a lovely restaurant for dinner. The staff at check in and check out we're helpful and friendly and made the experience a pleasure. The custard tart and port at check in was much appreciated. The lady on check out spotted my fellas Monty Python T-shirt which was lovely. "
