“Well, the pictures are different than the actual place. They don’t have coffee in the rooms. They offer you the usage of a coffee machine if you go to the store and buy coffee. My credit card was lost inside of a taxi. And two nights later the taxi man arrived at this hotel at five in the morning, and the staff went to my door and knocked on my door until I woke up and told to come to the lobby to get my card from this taxi man. And the taxi man had been trying to use my card multiple times……

“Pool was closed ”

“The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access. Instructions on how to access the WiFi and TV could have been communicated better. TV was reported not working but was not corrected during our 7 day stay. The electricity went off for 1 morning and management did respond quickly but was instructed to only use one burner on the stove. Washer was very loud……

“Recibí la habitación y la regadera estaba sucia, se ve que alguien había usado la regadera antes de entregarme la habitación y nadie revisó. quise llegar a descansar pero junto a la habitación esta el Bar del hotel que es abierto sin paredes, así que mi cama estaba junto a la bocina del karaoke. En el buscador te aparece que estas en Puerto Progreso y está a 25 minutos del Puerto en Carro. Mala experiencia”

“No hay agua caliente , no aceptan pago con targeta . Por el precio del hotel, hay mucho mejores opciones en progreso. ”
