“This property was everything that we could’ve hoped for for the seven of us that came to town for a week. Gordon communicated clearly and effectively. The check-in process was super easy. The location is great, only a couple minutes walk from everything you want to go to on commercial street. We had enough seating for 7 bears comfortably in the main living space, with room for a couple more. There is a nice outdoor seating area on both the back and the side of the house. We would definitely stay……

“Having traveled to P’Town for several years now, this townhouse truly made for one of THE best stays I’ve had. A wonderful, cozy, tastefully decorated townhouse with amazing patios to enjoy provided an enjoyable, peaceful retreat to come home to while visiting! The owner is super friendly and responsive! “Had a blast staying in this lovely home. Very inviting and cozy. Loved that we could walk to the bay beach across the street. Enjoyed the rooftop deck where we enjoyed spectacular views. Great to be able to hop a shuttle to PTown from the driveway, even though biking there was just as easy! Our dogs loved the fenced in yard....and the quilts provided so they could lounge on the couch with everyone. Lastly, hands down the absolutely the best beds! Everyone slept very well. A”

“We just loved staying at this house. The house itself felt like a recent renovation and everything was so clean when we arrived. Decor is beautiful and amenities like the steam shower, grill, and outdoor shower were fabulous. The oven wasn’t working, but the property management company communicated that proactively and even provided a countertop oven (wasn’t an issue for us). They also had to change the parking from 2 cars to 1 due to the city, so they offered to reimburse us since we had……

"AVOID THIS HOTEL One of the towels provided had a brown stain that was extremely ugly (doubt it may be undesirable marks, with a bad smell). What's worse is that I discovered it after shower when I was using it. This was unacceptable, especially for an esteemed vacation house like this. When I reported the issue to the front desk during check out, I received no apology and was told that no compensation could be offered because the booking was made through a third party (on Expedia), and the front desk could do nothing about it. He said he would report to the manager, and I received no follow-up. I find this response both unprofessional and disappointing. I also wrote an email to the management team and received no response. The general experience was unpleasant. I hope I can receive proper settlement from the hotel management team."
