“We stayed here one night before starting a 3-day trek in Picos de Europa. The hotel was charming, clean and comfortable, the staff was really helpful, and there was free parking across the street where we were able to leave our car during our trek. Las Arenas is a cute mountain town, and everything was easily walkable, including an excellent restaurant across the street, and a bus we took to Sotres for the start of our hike.”

“This is NOT a 4 star boutique hotel. It lacks the maintenance and minimum standards to be a 4 star hotel. The hotel is humid and smells like mold. Our room had a nice amount of spiders and flies in it. We were given a plastic Flyswatter to kill them. There’s no ACs in the rooms, which means even if the air cools down to 26C your room will be very humid. The bathroom and toiletries were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The hotel claims to have working space in the rooms, which is not the case.……
