“This resort has the potential to be 5-star if they can get their “front of house” figured out. First - the room and general accommodations, location and beach access are amazing. Here’s where they lose points - you cannot get around the grounds on foot - the reception is half way up the hill, and once u check in you have to park at the very top (which gets locked at 7pm) and the meet you with valet golf cart service - which at first seemed great, until we found out it wasn’t unlimited……

“Very Good. Although the room is small, it is clean and comfortable. I stayed two nights there on different days. Queen bed room is better than twin bed bedroom. The twin bed room is very small and narrow and no place to put stuff, while bathroom is comparatively too big. If you want to use microwave, you have to unplug the water kettle and switch it for microwave .”

“They called me to cancel the morning of the stay and told me to contact Expedia. I didn't get a refund. They yelled at my colleague on the phone. Don't book here, book somewhere else, not worth it.”
