Tiny requires special preparation. Last minute reservations bookings will need confirmation from owner that the Tiny will be ready. Tiny home access is automatically granted for bookings with 7+ guests. For 1-6 guests, please discuss with owner on access and if extra payment needed. Extra guest fee of $29/person/night x entire duration of reservation beyond 4 guests.
