The room was dirty with dust on the side table and drawers which I dusted with wipes. Also, the bathroom has no floor mat and hand towers which we requested the following day. The shower is slow and the shower curtain is too high that it hardly reach the tub that the water drips to the floor. I am a bit disappointed that it did not meet the "holiday inn" standard that we normally receives from other locations.

This is our second time here and we had a woderful time and experience. The place remains very clean and so comfortable to sleep in. To put the cherry on top, the breakfast is excellent as the service remain supreme! We will keep coming back to this Hyatt whenever we are in town. Thank you Hyatt for your wonderful service and hospitality!
