“The rules of what is or isn’t allowed is not clear when booking this condo on Expedia. Apparently, you aren’t allowed to have visitors but residents can. It’s pricey for the size of the condo. It’s less money by going to the Otium website and booking there instead. The place was clean and smelled good but I did find one roach in the hallway bathroom. But none after that. The code that was given to us to check in at the gate did not work. The security guard let us in because I was able to prove……

“I would never stay at this property again. It does not match its 9.2 rating at all. The apartment is very outdated, with peeling paint and old finishes. There is air conditioning only in the bedroom, while the living room and kitchen have no air conditioning, making the space uncomfortable. Another issue was that the windows have only metal shutters instead of regular windows, which made us feel uncomfortable and did not match our expectations based on the listing. We booked three nights and……
