“It’s was ok”

“Met some friends for a girls weekend and had an amazing time. We all loved the location and the amenities. We did not leave at all. Views of the lake are stunning. It was on a quiet section of the lake and there were no houses directly across. The screen in porch with rocking chairs were perfect for morning coffee. It was also awesome to have a table out there to eat and have space for activities. I also was able to see a blue heron catch a fish while sitting on the porch. The inside dining room……

“My trip was for unforseen reasoning and given the circumstances the staff made my family and I feel so at home. Marianne and Mimi was who greeted me upon my arrival and these ladies sure know a thing about southern hospitality. I felt like family and I knew them forever. The other lady at the front (I didn't get her name) but had a very dark burgundy color hair was so sweet and helpful. The breakfast prep lady as well. If I don't have to come back down for family matters I just want to come back……

“Perfect house for a group of 7 adults. Lots of comfy seating inside and out on the deck and dock. Well stocked with oil, spices, etc. Master bed was very comfortable. Other beds were OK. Dock area is small and not deep water. That didn't matter to us since we went in September. Wifi was very slow but we had 5 people trying to work so more our fault than the house. Overall, an excellent Lake Gaston rental. ”

“Located right off the Main Street (hence the name.) Quiet location, clean, updated/modern and very spacious. Great option when visiting family in town. A needed location in Victoria. FYI: There are a few steps to access the room. ”

“The home is roomy and has everything in it that you would need from kitchen supplies to linens and towels. The outside area could use a little TLC but nothing that impacted our stay. Also a small one page note with directions for the TV, second oven and check out process would be helpful.”
