“Very Nice”

“The staff at the time of our stay was great. But it was creepy having to check in over a computer screen, instead of in-person. I accidentally left a $1000 medication pen in the room fridge. We were 50 miles away when I realized. When I talked to the manager, he said there were no items found, and wouldn’t even ask someone to look again. Then he hung up on me! Not a fan!”

“Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were……

“There was nice handicap parking! By the following morning, all the handicap stalls were full which is to say they were well used and appreciated. The complementary breakfast was nice.”

“Guy shows up at 10pm trying to talk his way into our room. Wouldn't go.away. We had to call management to have him removed. Not a safe place”

“When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...”
