"We enjoyed our stay even though the shower floors were very slippery, in fact one of us fell. We told the front desk but not sure if that situation has changed.....be very careful as there are no grab bars to hold on to as well. Was not crazy about the breakfast setup as you don't have options for hot breakfast. They give out discount coupons at the front desk for a couple restaurants. Hotel very clean and staff great."

"Quietly surprised with this hotel, wasn't expecting much when i booked. However on arrival, we were greeted with a easy book in system, a swanky modern reception area and went to the room. Bed was a little small, but the room was really nice. Will book again if ever back in Rotterdam"

The restaurant’s food was absolutely incredible—every dish was a delight, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The gym, pool, and sauna were top-notch, truly 5-star facilities that made unwinding a pleasure. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone visiting the Rotterdam area—perfect for both leisure and business travelers!"

"This was the first time solo travelling for a while and first time to Rotterdam. I’d read some infavourable reviews before I travelled and was a bit nervous but I chose the hotel because of the location. As soon as I arrived late at night I was greatex a warm and in iting reception bar area with 5 attentive staff who couldn’t have made me feel more welcome! The room was quiet super clean with lovely bedding! Coffee machine and tea provided and ample hanging space. From that moment on the staff couldn’t do enough to mKe me feel welcome. Loan of an umbrella and some sweet treats after coming back in the evening (after I asked if there was any chocolate!) The hotel is right next door to the Museum Park and across the road from Witte de Withstraat - full of restaurents, bars and arts and cultural venues. Super friendly staff and a 10 min wlk from Central Station. I would definitely choose this hotel again."
