Perfect!

The house is very spacious and well kept, we had a group of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out and comfortable beds! The hosts were very responsive, the location is about 4 miles from the beach, 1 mile from a grocery store and walking distance to the quiet community pool, tennis courts and boat launch area. We really enjoyed our stay and the property was perfect for us.

Nice Family Vacation

Nice home, plenty of room, and the in-law suite was a great place for myself and my wife to have private, yet connected, accommodations. My only recommendation would be more outside garbage cans, as a week with multiple families can create a lot of waste.

Family vacay

Fit our family perfectly. Felt like home, decor was beautiful, kitchen well equipped and beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Chris was quick to respond to any questions. Store is very close. Would definitely stay here again Don’t forget to bring beach towels.

Fun at Bethany

The house was amazing, enough room for our family of 7 to all have persomal space. The hpuse is in the perfect location with multiple beaches and state parks. The owner was quick to respomd with any questions we had and checked in with us to ensure everyrhing was peefect. Will definitely come back!!

First time to Bethany and not our last!

The house was just right for our extended family with 6 adults and 4 children. Plenty of space to spread out and the sitting room in the main house was the perfect nursery for our 5 month old grand daughter. The older children loved the idea of riding their bikes to the pool. The adults loved the access to the pickleball courts. The beach was a short 5 minute drive so we were able to easily split our days with trips to the pool in the morning and beach in the afternoon. Hope to come back soon.

Beautifully decorated, spacious home close to beach and shopping.

I am a regular VRBO traveler and would rate this location as one of the nicest and best located of all the places we have stayed. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious and had everything we needed to feel at home. It was close to the beach, hardware store and supermarket. The neighborhood amenities (pool, tennis court and boat dock) helped to make our stay enjoyable. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful home!

Perfect from start to finish!

The house was beautifully furnished. It was roomy and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there for our use. It was a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host went above and beyond to answer any questions or needs that we had. I totally recommend this property for anyone looking for a wonderful family vacation home.

Homey feel

Host was gracious enough to write an anniversary message on the chalkboard wall. We slept 10 adults comfortably. Definitely Clean and cared for home. Felt comfortable the moment you walked in. December weather was warm enough to be outside in the huge yard.

Coastal Highway Retreat

This house has the perfect layout for multiple households of the same family. There was the option to gather as the full group and for individuals or small groups to quiet have space. The location allows easy access to the various venues and beaches up and down the coastal highway. Chris was Un-Be-Liveably responsive.

Great decor

Lots of room for our multigenerational family. We LOVED the two living rooms - great master bedroom with extra separate room for a pack and play. Grandparent suite was used a lot for quiet time. Pool was great and empty most of the time and we checked out all the downtown beaches, boardwalk and shopping all within five minutes of the house. Heckers grocery store had everything we needed with no big lines, liquor store round the corner and some good restaurants and ice cream within a few miles. Bethany Beach is a real jewel. Leave early on checkout day to avoid the rush - we left at 7:30 am Sunday and were back in Allentown, PA at 10:30 with stops.

Beautiful and spacious house

This property was a beautifully decorated house and had plenty of room for our family of 7. It was a quick ride to the beach and was surrounded by lots of good restaurants. We also liked how close it was to the supermarket! It was a quick walk to the pool and to the boat ramp, which we walked to in the evenings. My family appreciated the 2 sitting areas with TVs, so people could watch different shows if they wanted! My kids enjoyed the set-up in the garage with a TV, ping pong, large Jenga and fridge. The owner was quick to answer our questions both before and during our stay. The neighborhood was beautifully kept and quiet. Wonderful property and house!

Awesome beach house!!

We had such an amazing time in ocean view. We were a 5 min drive to the beach and the town of Bethany! We also were only 15min drive to Dewey. We had three families with kids stay here and we fit so great. The big driveway allowed a lot of room for corn hole and more! The kids enjoyed the house as well, at night the adults had the whole one side of the house while the kids watched movies on the other! The pool was perfect abs relaxing and so close to the house. If we needed to run back it was walking distance! We definitely would stay here again. Chris and Sarah are beyond kind and quickly addressed any issues or concerns we had, which weren’t many! Thank you for such a great time!

Enjoyable stay

The home was comfortable and well stocked for our family. The host, Chris was great, very quick to respond and helped us with several needs. There was lots of room for our family and very comfortable beds. The cleaning service needs to be more attentive, especially in the entry family room and the garage. The ping pong table is set up in the garage where were many spiderwebs and spiders. We used the grill for burgers and hot dogs one night and the grill was usable but it is to the point where it needs to be replaced. We used the neighborhood pool most days and it was very nice. Most days there were only a couple other people there. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful house

We just stayed at this property the house is big and has plenty of room for a family of 10. Everyone had their own space and you didn’t feel on top of each other. The house was clean upon arrival and it was really nice that fresh linens and towels had been delivered for our stay. The house is so nicely decorated and comfortable. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had which was very much appreciated. The garage with the tv and ping pong table was a big hit with the kids and adults alike. It does get warm in there so being able to open the garage door to let in some breeze was a huge plus. The in law sweet is so nicely done my sister enjoyed being there. The fact their are 2 living rooms was helpful as the kids could watch their own and we could watch ours. The pool is sooo close to the house and nice size the kids enjoyed it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we would definitely rent it again. The location is very convenient as well. We are very close to Bethany boardwalk and beaches less than 10 min if even that. The grocery store is 5 min away. Fenwick island beach was nice spot to go to. It wasn’t to far and it was less crowded and easier parking than Bethany. Also they have kayaking across on the bay side which was fun. Highly recommend the house

Seaside OASIS!

All I can say is....wow! The houae was excellent. The decor, space, location and vibe just perfect. Perfect place for a family gathering. Owners were great host highly responsive.

Lots of space

We had a great week here. I loved that our group could spread out to have a space of their own but then there were two great spaces for us all to come together. The hosts were very responsive and communicated well. Overall we loved the house and would definitely rent again.
