Wonderful Stay

The home was lovely, the pictures don’t do it justice! The view was beautiful and it was the perfect location. The owner was readily available for communication.

Great location, beautiful getaway on the Bay

We had a great girls trip (me, my mom, and my two daughters.) The space was relaxing, accomodating, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for amy age group whther you want to go tot he community pool, happy hour at Papa Grande's or a delicious waterfront dining at Catch 54. We will absolutely return for another trip. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautifully furnished and void of the kitschy seaside decor!

This home is tastefully decorated and comfortable. Beautiful view from the rear deck. The owners were very accessible and responsive. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Perfect place for Friends

Week With Our Family

The owners were very helpful and promptly got back to me when I needed to ask a few questions. Our place was very close to all the attractions we needed. My grown boys loved that they could be fishing everyday off of their boat docked right at our rental. Bonus!

End of summer vacay

Condo was beautiful. The view was amazing. Location was within walking distance to a few restaurants. We had Ana amazing dinner at Catch 54. Close drive to the beach water park more restaurants a million mini golf’s and ocean city boardwalk.

Great experience

The house was very clean, great views, and an overall great experience. The owners are very responsive and provided some very nice touches. The access to the pool and the restaurants are fantastic. The only drawback is access to the beach but you can drive to the state park within minutes. We are very happy with our stay here.

Celebrating 53rd Anniversary and Veteran's Day for my husband.

Great communication with the landlord. Very accommodating and nice. Location very convenient to Restaurants and the beach. Bay view from each balcony is very relaxing. Parking very nice with two dedicated spots for the visitors. Updated bathrooms and the master suite is lovely. Loved our stay and experience at this little gem.

Unexpected Beach Vacation

Winter weekend

This property was one of the cleanest we have stayed in. We liked it because our group consisted of a couple and then two single adults and most 3 bedrooms end up with a bunk room set up of sorts. This home had three king/queen size beds/rooms. Loved it! very cute and again, clean! Clean is super important to us. It was great and the views were amazing.

AMAZING!!

Beautiful property! Amazing rental! Amazing views and sunrises! Felt like home. My friends and I were only able to do the weekend but had a great time and everyone loved the place! We were able to get an early check in. Owners were great to work with and even had a welcome gift waiting for us. Definitely a keeper!!

First family visit to Ocean City

The house was perfect for our 3 night stay. Great location with lovely views. Really enjoyed using the kayak and relaxing on the balconies. The owner was great at responding quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The only downside was that bed linen and towels were not provided. Also a little kettle would be good (but that's because we are Brits and love a cup of tea!)

Wonderful Fall Getaway Spot

This home is everything it promised to be and more. It’s gorgeous, spotless and very comfortable and you cannot beat the convenient location. All mattresses were very comfy and kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. The owners were so friendly and easy to communicate with and provided detailed instructions to follow. Pride of ownership is clear with this property. We loved our weekend getaway! We spent quality time on the decks watching the boats and the birds. We will definitely be back! We would highly recommend! 10 stars!

Fantastic Fenwick Island back bay paradise

We enjoyed a wonderful week. Fenwick Lighthouse Beach is a 20 minute walk or five minute drive. Cozy condo community in back bay. All the comforts of home on the water. Kayaking right out the back door. Water sports next door. Restaurants and shopping aplenty nearby. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Perfect rental for a family of five that enjoyed beach, jet skiing, kayaking, community pool, miniature golf, movies (inclement weather). Edgar and Staci have a wonderful space and are gracious hosts!!! We lived every minute of our trip. Southern Delaware gem in Fenwick Island!

Amazing beach week!

We could not have enjoyed our stay here more!! Amazing location- walkable to a few of our favorite restaurants (catch 54 and papa grandes) and a short, easy drive to the beach with plenty of parking on 140th street. The view was incredible from the deck and we spent quite a few nights just staying in and appreciating that! My favorite part was the decor. I’m an interior designer and it was so well done- the tile in the bathrooms, fresh, clean walls and wallpaper and beautiful trim were a few touches that made it an extra special place to stay. The lay out was great for us and our three kids and there was plenty of room for them to have a friend a couple of the nights. Communication and check in were very easy and the host was very responsive about the broken dryer and had it fixed as soon as possible Just a wonderful week! Thank you!

September Getaway

Great place to stay off season. Master suite on third floor fantastic; so were the bay views from each level. Catch 54 and Papa Grande's short walk around the corner. Parking spaces right in front of townhouse; a breeze getting in and out during off season but could be tight parking during busy season. Bright, clean and comfortable home. Bathroom on 2nd floor needs an update, but otherwise we really enjoyed staying at this townhouse on the bay! P.S. After September 15th oceanfront parking is available on Fenwick Island without a permit... bonus!! This home is just a short drive to the beach!

Beautiful & relaxing

Very nice condo with such beautiful views from all 3 floors. The location is not far from the beach. It was an easy bike ride for me & my husband, but I wouldn't be comfortable with my kids riding on Lighthouse Rd. It is close to the grocery store as well as restaurants. The pool was a nice temperature & we pretty much had it to ourselves. The beds were very comfortable. The master shower had great water pressure. (Not sure about the 2nd floor shower since my kids wanted to use ours.) The only negatives I would say is there was no hair dryer, if I had known I would have packed my own. Although we used the dishwasher, a dish drying rack or matte would be useful when you just want to wash a pot or pan. We opted to bring our bedding & towels, but 2 dish towels wasn't enough, and I forgot to pack a bath matte towel so it was annoying getting the floor wet getting out of the shower. I still give it a 5 star & would stay again, but I would be better prepared. I hope to come back here in the future.

Disappointed in "Waterfront Beauty"

We stayed at this property for 2wks in June. There were several issues we encountered right away. Entryway door didn't close properly. The kitchen wasn't clean especially the floors and sink. The table was really uncomfortable ( giant table with benches). The website showed a different table with windsor chairs. I asked Edgar & he said he hadn't updated the website. The pots & pans were old & w/o lids . The living room furniture was old & uncomfortable. The bathrooms were fine. We did enjoy the deck for dining every day. Also the bedroom closet was full of paint supplies & tools. We spoke to Edgar & he sent his handyman to take care of this & the door. Upstairs deck had rusty chairs w/o cushions & when I asked he said maybe someone took them. I told him cushions were needed for the chairs & he ordered them from Amazon. The description of this property is somewhat misleading. The weather was great & we enjoyed our time in Delaware but this property needs some improvements.
