“Staffs are friendly and provide really helpful information!”

“Very understaffed. Many times the front desk was unstaffed because they were cleaning and stocking rooms. I waited an hour for the front desk clerk. Bed okay but not great, pillows terrible. only amenities were a small sample size of shampoo/conditioner and 2 small bars of soap. There is no kitchen, staff put small muffins and nutri grain bars on a shelf in the lobby. also had package oakmeal, coffee and tea. No ice available, i was told there are ice trays in the freezer in the room.……
