"My husband and I stayed here due to its proximity to the Boilermaker start line. The apartment was very clean and nicely stocked and organized. Communication with the property manager was very easy and she was quick to reply to any questions. The place is very quiet and parking and finding the place was easy. A comfortable, clean place to stay in Utica!"

We were a family of 5 and while the 2 beds worked great, the 'futon' was crazy small and unusable, which was unfortunately because we got this place to sleep 5. I also don't know why a hot tub was listed because we didn't see one. Overall it was a nice stay but there definitely needs to be more accurate information in the listing, including how to park."
