“To many noise. The room near the expressway made it impossible for me to sleep all night.”

“Bathrooms showed a lot of wear and tear. Water damage on the outside of the shower. Bed was very hard and had 3 small and extremely soft pillows. The room itself was nice but sleep wasn’t great. Staff was great but due to the uncomfortable sleep would not recommend”

“I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived to check in, there was no one at the front desk. After waiting, I politely made my presence known. When a staff member finally came to assist me, I explained that I was checking in. To my surprise, I was told there was no room available, despite having spoken with hotel staff the night before and being assured that a note would be placed on my reservation regarding my late arrival. What made the situation even worse……
