“We were upgrade to an Owners Suite, but it didn’t have an ocean view, but the extra amenities were worth it. Breakfast was delicious, and the beach was gorgeous. Staff were top notch. Lounge chair views were obstructed by beach vendors on one end, but we always seemed to get a lounger with unobstructed view. Afternoon snacks and Champagne were a nice touch. We will definitely be back!”

“This hotel is vintage. The rooms are old and if you get the economy room its obvious. Spend the extra if you need more space and a decent view. The restaurants have great service. The breakfast vouchers were a blessing to compensate for poor WiFi. All in all it was a C+ and I was ready to go.”

“An absolute gem in West End! Staff is fantastic all around. We never had contact with a staff member who didn't greet us, smile or ask if we needed something. We want to recognize specifically Santiago and his never wavering positive attitude and genuine desire to assist. Our room was exactly what we needed, cleaned everyday, quality fixtures, tasteful decor and fully functional for our needs with a nice outdoor patio.
