The air conditioning units had several issues, and the ventilation is directly above your head, which can cause discomfort and noise.”

“I have stayed at Los Corales several times(locally called The Tortuga). It is a nice clean place with a helpful staff. One thing to make sure to ask to get a room on the back side of the hotel. The rooms which face the road do have some traffic noise which may or may not be a problem depending on what you are used to. It is not excessive but I am from a rural area and just not used to it. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is security around some of the businesses in the area and I……

“Very nice resort. Dinner and breakfast were great. Only minor issue is the restaurant staff is not well trained and ordering was difficult, slow to get drink refills and paying the bill took way too long. They were all very nice and tried hard, but they just seemed like they were learning how to do their jobs. Great stay overall.”
