Estuvo bien para pasar la noche en familia. Solo que no había caliente y la puerta de seguro del baño no funcionaba. La alberca no estaba limpia. Desayuno y limpieza muy bien.

I've stayed at this property three times now. The first time was just 2 weeks prior to the following 2 times. That initial stay was brilliant! The room was clean, the amenities were perfect, shower was great, literally nothing negative I could say about the property. That's why I decided to book the same property again for the two upcoming trips. In the two weeks from the first stay to the second/third the property went down hill FAST! The second night staying there (trip 2) we were in a room that had ZERO water pressure in the bathroom, but the suite sink outside of the bathroom was perfect. We asked for extra towels, and the hotel said that they didnt have any extra because their washer and dryers were broken. The room that night wasnt "dirty" but it was not crisp and clean either. The third night (trip 3), the room was a nightmare! There were no hand towels, washcloths, and the bathroom was disgusting dirty. To the point that I cleaned it myself while not feeling well. I will not be staying at this location again.

Very clean room and bathroom. Comfy bed,pillows and linens. My only complaint is there was no body wash in the bottle in the shower. Breakfast was very good. Older lady refilling pans was rude
