“I was concerned that the nearby construction project (Escanaba is updating its water infrastructure) would disrupt the peace & beauty of this house that looks over Ludington Park & Lake Michigan. “Spotless! Large kitchen, lots of seating. Lower floor is extremely spacious with a huge shower and new washer/dryer. Great deck overlooking large yard. Heard 30 birds on the Merlin app. Can’t say enough positive things about this place. Very comfortable and relaxing.”

“We loved the central location. The property was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The kayaks provided were a nice perk. If you use them, just beware that you need to carry them to an access point. It is almost impossible to carry them down the hill. We had an issue when we used the numbered key pad to lock the door. We could not get back in using the security code and notified the property owners who responded very quickly to our problem. The beds were very comfortable and the shower,……

“This cottage was great for our family. It is located right on the river bank in a quiet area. The living room and kitchen were roomy, and the bedrooms plenty big.It was clean and well stocked with kitchen ware, and paper products.The outside area was great for sitting as a group, having an evening around the fire pit, or sticking your feet in the river. We had paddle boarders and swimmers with us that took advantage of being riverside. Nobody brought a fishing pole, so I don’t know about fishing……

“The home was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and stocked incredibly well!! We loved starting the mornings with our coffee around the fire table in the back. Downtown was a short walk away and the beach was a 5 minute car ride. We loved everything about the house. A second shower would have been a bonus, but we didn’t have a problem making it work with one. We will definitely stay here again! ”
