“Perfect getaway and home base to explore the area. Fayetteville state park is a must. The house was spotless. We are not pet owners so our expectations are high. Comfortable bed and furnishings. The kitchen had everything we needed. ”

“We had an amazing experience throughout- from pre-arrival communications to host responsiveness.The location was ideal, though our family found the cottage a bit cozy.It did get a bit warm overnight, which the provided fans helped with. The window AC was doing its best.We appreciated the cleanliness of the stay, as well as the little touches such as s’mores ingredients and bug spray in the bathroom.I would highly recommend staying here.”

“Excellent vacation rental. Well stocked for all your needs (cooking to entertainment). Short drive to sand beaches and boat launch. Water at rental was rocky, need to wear water shoes which are provided. Kayaks and paddle board were also a great addition to the rental property.Amy was an excellent host, checking on us making sure we are having a great vacation.If you are looking for a northern Michigan bay summer vacation, I recommend.”

“We came for a lityle getaway to relax and wind down between a busy summer and the start of our daughter's senior year. We couldn't have found a more perfect spot. Both cottages were just as described and the seperate bunkhouse was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space. The little deck over looking the river was the perfect spot to sit with a glass of wine and abook. Deb was very communicative and checked in to be sure we had everything we needed.
