"Went for a birthday girlfriends weekend. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and provided what we needed. Our room couldve had better lighting by perhaps an extra lamp. Nice big tv, comfortable beds. The balcony was big and spacious. The buffet breakfast was very good and the overall condition of the resort was well maintained. We called for early checkin and was told we could come as ealry as noon if we wanted at no extea charge. Id assume this would normally be based off occupancy. Cons** Our room's thermostat kept making a high pitched whistling noise intermittently, BUT we called maintained they arrived quickly and fixed the problem. The elevators are very small and since we were in the North building on the 9th floor, the walk seemed so long to get back to the downstairs lobby once we got off the elevators. The indoor pool was also located in another building, so if the temps outside are frigid, youre goibg from "

"nice location close to the Northwest Transportation Center you can walk there 1 minute and take the Pace to Rosemont blue line to Ohare airport so you really dont need a car uber, lyft or arrange a car rental there"

"We had a wonderful one-night stay at Abbey Resort and Avani Spa. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax as soon as we arrived. The view was absolutely beautiful and really added to the overall experience. Everything felt well maintained, and the atmosphere of the resort is perfect for a peaceful getaway. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again."

"Evertthing was great except for one of the tvs that didnt work and the cooking pans and utensils are pretty beat up. You might have to bring your own if u plan on cooking. "

"Everything was surprisingly good, even breakfast. My only complaint was the pool. Way too cold for kids, the water and the pool room needs to be warmer."

"I would never stay here again. Rooms are old inside and need a remodel. The staff is ok, but very slow. This water park had too many people and not very enjoyable. I don’t agree with people in the surrounding area to be able buy a one day pass to visit the park. It was just awful and some of the swim suits should not be allowed. This is a family park not Las Vegas. Yuck to the whole experience. "
