"There was lots of room in the Underground parking. The EV FLOW stations look to be reserved for government employees but on the weekend were open.
ChargePoint charging were offline."
"We were upgraded to two bedroom suite from a one bedroom suite. Suite was spacious - living room, dining area and kitchen plus a balcony. Bedrooms were also spacious. Suite was very clean. All staff we talked to from front desk to cleaning staff were all great to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!"
"Room was clean, staff were great at both check in and check out and breakfast was good as well. There was a lot of construction at the time I stayed around the area so it was hard to get to, but that is nothing under staff control."

"I had a very pleasant stay at **Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ottawa East - Orleans by IHG**. The hotel offers great comfort and excellent service.
The **restaurant** was especially impressive — the breakfast was delicious, varied, and very well prepared. My **room was spacious**, clean, and comfortable, making my stay very enjoyable. The **front desk staff were extremely helpful and cooperative**, always ready to assist with a smile.
I have just one small suggestion for improvement: in the **bathroom**, it would be very convenient to have a clothes hanger or hook installed on the inside of the door.
Overall, this is a very good hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again.
