“新装修的酒店非常新，我当时住5楼，一边还是毛坯房。新装修有点味道。但是整体很新，布置也很现代，配套设施全新很齐全。有洗衣机，餐具，灶台，碗筷等，适合常住。不过服务人员服务意识一般，不知道是不是对服务费有很高预期，可能我们给少了，人家看到我们不太待见。离店时帮忙搬行李也是草草了事。所以多透气，多训练员工服务性，比让我们离店前填写酒店评价表来的重要。”

“Bad information on stay for future ”

“The apartment was overall okay, although there were a few issues. The first was when I checked in, when they demanded a 2000 EGP deposit on the spot, even though this was not mentioned in the Expedia booking. The second issue is that the door was not aligned with the door frame, so there were gaps for bugs to fly into the room. The iron provided was broken and was leaking water. The Expedia booking mentioned a laundry. However, one wasn't available in the apartment. The compound itself was nice……

“Rooms are clean, AC is working there are shops,mall and restaurants near by. Staff is ok due to language barrier. My only comment is the check in. There’s nobody in the apartment when we arrived consisting informed them of my arrival it’s difficult esp we still don’t have WiFi that time. ”
