“We stayed there for one night. When we checked in we immediately noticed the couch was dirty. There were crumbs/food all over it, one of the back cushions was off the couch, and there were crumbs in the floor. In the bathroom, the ceiling had a hole and rip where the bathroom above us was leaking. There was mold/mildew on the ceiling and in the shower. The shower floor was also dirty. When I reported to the front desk, I was told “yea, they were supposed to mark that room “out of order” sorry……
