“Clean quiet convent!”

“I wouldn't stay there again even it was free. Toilets don't work, mattresses had mold, TV didn't work,table was broken, stinks, management rude. All bad”

“When going to check in the lady at the front desk was not very friendly at all. Throughout the day, my room was cleaned and I was happy about that when I went to go check out the gentleman was great about me. Checking out. The TV did not work. It was too fuzzy. The beds were very hard as a rock.”

“Really bad place, AC barely cooled the room down. Front desk lady was a little rude. And super dirty place as well.”

“When we arrived they could not find my reservation. We asked for non-smoking room, the room smelled like smoke. The floor was sticky. The toilet was wobbly. We had to walk all the way around the main building just to get ice. (Said that the back entrance was out of order.) No one came to change the trash the whole time we were there.”

“This is my third week staying here, and at $50 a night, my expectations weren’t exactly high. The first two weeks were borderline acceptable, although housekeeping did a pretty poor job cleaning the room. The ice maker hasn’t worked at all in three weeks. This stay, the AC barely worked, and when I complained, I mostly got the runaround. The bigger issue is the staff. They’ve been rude, dismissive, and not particularly interested in helping. For the price, I can overlook a lot, but basic……

“Do NOT book this hotel online!! They do not honor online reservations! We booked through Hotels.com and when we arrived they said they no longer use Hotels.com and that we had no reservation. They had none of the rooms we had booked. They only take reservations made through that specific hotel. ”
