“This property is well located and is clean and of a good size. The staff were very friendly. We were three adults and they provided an additional bed that wasn’t set up properly and collapsed- luckily no one was hurt and we could put it up properly. We also paid additionally for a spa which stopped working and never heated properly despite having the staff look at it three times. The room comes with supplies for the first day with nothing extra for the additional adult. The towels don’t dry so……

“We had a lovely two night stay here. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We planned to take a train to Ragusa and they took us to the train. Unfortunately the train wasn’t running(beware trains in Silicy!). Salvo came back and got us and then they got us a car service with fifteen minutes. Incredible! Yeah to Salvo and the entire staff.”

Sie waren immer ansprechbar, haben sofort auf Wünsche / Fragen reagiert und uns mit tollen Restauranttips versorgt. Francesco hat uns sogar Sonntagmorgen 6.00 Uhr noch verabschiedet! “Prachtige locatie en wonderschone omgeving. We hadden een zeer ruime studio met tuin en zicht op speeltuin en zwembad. De tuin was zeer smaakvol met oa olijfbomen, citrusvruchten, rozen en jasmijn. Er was veel ruimte, stijl en rust. En dat terwijl kids gewoon konden spelen. Ideaal voor een gezin. En wandelen in de cavagrande (super mooie kloof met meertjes - actieve en zeer kooie wandeling) is binnen 30 mns te bereiken. Het leuke plaatsje Noto ook dichtbij. En heerlijk ontbijt. ”

“Location: Excellent, on Ortigia island but close to mainland. Near open air market & many good restaurants. Facilities: Common areas are superb & luxurious. Room is OK, not great. Bathroom too small, especially shower, which also leaks after each use. Service: At breakfast, service is excellent. Housekeeping is OK, sometimes good, sometimes a bit off. Food: Judging from breakfast, restaurant probably very good. In conclusion: If the bathroom was larger and better, it would truly be a 5-star……

“Even before we walked in the door, the staff had begun to demonstrate the superior level of their service. Parking even our tiny car was a challenge due to the narrow street, but two of the staff arrived almost simultaneously and got us parked with ease. Superior service continued with each member of the staff and management, making our stay easy and most enjoyable. “Good location in centre of town opposite cathedral though a bit awkward parking outside hotel whilst checking in. Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast in ornate ballroom. Booked a deluxe room but it was a bit dated and small, quite dark with a modular plastic shower unit. ”

“We liked the hotel and choose it for it's size of the rooms which are hard t find in the area. Proximity from here to Modica/Ragusa was also great and why we picked it. Breakfast was nice since there arent many options very close but there was a charge. Staff was very friendly and helpful but some didnt speak English very well so patience is key or better to know some Italian! We booked their largest room which was a nice size but the bathroom was very small even by Italian standards. Furniture……
