An impeccably clean room and friendly staff, steps away from the Colosseum. I really enjoyed my stay - the room was private and quiet, the surrounding neighborhood is great and has a range of wonderful places to eat - from humble and very affordable cafes to family trattorias to high end restaurants to touristy places. Great location only a ten min walk from the subway too.

The building is very close to the Colosseum and that is such a wonderful experience. Conveniently located overall. Convenience store close by. Staff very polite, welcoming, helpful! The rooms are beautiful however the bed was surprisingly dirty. It only had a bedsheet to cover ourselves, which us not bad because its a bit warm but the mattress topper had visible stains. You could see them through the fitted sheet. The sheets themselves did seem and felt clean. The room itself was quite dusty all over. The bathroom was all very clean. AC nice and cold.

Staff were very helpful. Actual room vs the pictures advertised were a bit different. The ac worked perfectly. The only negative thing was our room was very small. Overall decent place to stay for the night. The Colosseum was so close, and there are lots of delicious restaurants right around the corner.

This was an amazing place to stay! Location was close to food, stores, and the Colosseum! Everything was clean, staff was helpful and my family and I had access to them via the WhatsApp for any questions that arises. They were able to arrange transportation for us from the airport and the ship port. Truly an amazing stay and amazing service! Would highly recommend this location!

Location is everything! You can’t get a better deal near the Coliseum with tons of restaurants nearby. Our room was sufficient and provided all we needed. When in Rome, be close to the ruins, monuments and transportation. It was perfectly located!

I stayed at this hotel during two separate parts of my Europe trip and was given two different rooms. Unfortunately, the shower situation was terrible in both. The main shower head didn’t work, so we had to use the small alternative shower the entire time. That alone made the stay pretty frustrating. The rooms and bathrooms also weren’t the cleanest I’ve seen. On the positive side, the receptionist was genuinely helpful and clearly tried to make sure we had a good experience. The location is excellent very close to the Colosseum with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Overall, if shower quality and cleanliness aren’t high priorities for you, you might be fine here. For me, though, I wouldn’t stay again.
