The hotel is located 3 mins walking distance from the subway and 20 mins ride to the termini station. Breakfast is ok with good service. However, the bed was really uncomfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress and th pillows were really old and hard. Not hotel quality for the price you are paying. It is basically a college dorm so do not expect more than that.

The room was not as clean as we hoped. The staff was awesome and helped us getting around town. Rome is a huge city with a lot of traffic, but the hotel was quiet and safe. The breakfast was healthy and plentiful.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean facility. Two floors are being used as student housing but that was no problem. Metro station was a short walk and we were downtown in less than 20 minutes. Area of the hotel was dingy and there was a lot of trash.

Wonderful staff

We spent 4 nights at Camplus Guest with my fiancée. The condition of the building and rooms are amazing. Staff was absolutely helpful and kind! Breakfast was standard, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and fresh pastry. Check-in and check-out went as smoothly as it can. I would absolutely recommend it!

4 night stop for the Ryder Cup

I had a 4 night stay here as part of a trip to watch the Ryder Cup, and chose the location purely on its proximity to the nearest Metro station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, although a little basic, and was also a base for students studying. The restaurant facility was more like a student canteen, but the breakfast that was served was perfectly adequate. Overall the hotel location was good for my needs, but the general area around it was a little rundown and very few other points of interest other than a supermarket.

I likee that I was able to check in quite early. I did not like that during my stay over a few nights that there were young people making noise in the hallways well past midnight. Last night yelling at 1:30AM. Seems to be mostly college age students that stay at this location. Assume they were drunk or just being wild without caring about anyone else trying to sleep. Also, the breakfast at this location needs improvement. Eggs and bacon cold every morning. So easy to have some type of a heating device underneath the prepared foods. Not much of a selection.

A good, economical stay.

If you’re looking for economical, this is a good option. Breakfast is included with good and simple options. In the room, I appreciate the wood floors but they need to be dusted under the beds. The sofa could be re-upholstered (but not with cloth which easily gets dirty). We didn’t have soap in the room, but the front desk quickly provided them. The hotel is also an accommodation for college students so you’ll see them working in group study rooms as you approach the main entrance. The neighborhood is more residential- about 7 stops from the city center. Metro is a 2-min walk straight to the hotel.

Check in staff is nice though, however, overall experience is horrible. Air-conditioning auto stop at midnight, room temperature at 27 degree . drainage is poor in the shower. housekeeping enter our room without knocking on the door. Even we have told him to clean after we check out, he enter again when we are back from breakfast.

Good value hotel in North East suburb of Rome

This Camplus is within a couple of minutes walk of Pietralata metro station. It is convenient for Roma Tiburtina Railway station. It is a combination of hotel and student accommodation. We were warmly welcomed on arrival and our room on the top (6th) floor was fine. It had a comfortable double bed a sofa and small table. However there was virtually no room for storge of clothes etc. Just a rail with four hangers . We were given more clothes hangers by reception. Bathroom was good with wetroom shower, toilet, bidet, band basin. Everything was clean and modern. Our room had a small balcony with two chairs and table. However view looked over multistory housing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both hot and cold food options, a variety of coffee varieties and a good selection of juices. I consider that the Camplus gave us good value for our money

Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were really nice and approachable. The room was spacious, and my request for additional pillows was granted! The receptionists always had smiles on their faces. However, the breakfast/cafeteria staff could have been friendlier and more cheerful. There was no shampoo provided, and the hand gel doubled as body wash, which was a first for me in a hotel. Additionally, even though we placed a note on our door on the first day indicating that we were out and the room was ready for cleaning, it wasn't cleaned. When I asked the receptionist if daily cleaning should occur, he confirmed it should and I reported the issue. This was a bit disappointing. Overall, the lobby staff were exceptional and deserve commendation.
