This was our second stay at the hotel, and once again we enjoyed our 3–4 night visit.
We appreciate the overall quality of the service, especially the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at both the reception desk and the bar/restaurant.
One area for improvement would be to pay closer attention to replenishing in-room amenities when they run out, such as toilet paper, coffee capsules, paper cups, and coffee stirrers.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return in the future.
This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. We arrived late after a long day of traveling. The staff was wonderful- kind, helpful and cheerful despite the late hour. We asked for two glasses of cold water and they gave two complimentary bottles - one sparkling and one still. The kitchen was about to close but they still offered to make us some salads.
The hotel itself is great very clean and newly renovated. The room was very spacious which is unusual for Italian hotels.
This hotel is in one of the nicest areas of Rome with plenty of excellent restaurants near by and easy access to public transportation (metro and bus).
Overall, this hotel is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend to someone who wants to stay in a nice area of the city with bus or metro access to all the attractions but away from the crowds of tourists and inevitable tourist traps.
Really nice quiet hotel in a safe residential neighbourhood. Lovely interior design, comfortable bed and chairs, nice breakfast selection and friendly staff with good spoken English.
Great place to stay in Rome. Close to subway. Nearby restaurants & supermarkets. Good breakfast. Clean & comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.
Would stay again.
The property is very well kept. The staff were attentive and helpful, they helped us with our luggage and getting a taxi.
The breakfast buffet is pretty good too!
I would definitely recommend.
Loved this stay. The hotel is tucked a bit further from main attractions so it is not as busy of an area, however TRIESTE is so wonderful and boasts many things to do, places to eat etc. Francesco was an amazing bartender who took great care of my husband & I during our stay. Food was amazing, staff was so kind, helpful and friendly. Grazie Mercure Hotel 😄
Beautiful property with great staff and amenities, and a convenient location. My only critique would be the neighborhood which isn’t as clean or nice as the center of Rome.
Great hotel, slightly outside Rome city centre but not too far. There are a few restaurants round the corner and much cheaper than in the city centre.
We had a room on the top floor the balcony was huge! Lots of space to chill out with the family in between trips. Only negative was the jacuzzi had a mind of its own and had to get someone to fix it twice.
Very comfortable bed and room, lovely shower.
Treated ourselves to the room with a balcony which gave us plenty of space and a place to enjoy a drink in the early evening.
Very nicely appointed room and hotel, away from the main tourist area but that meant it was more peaceful.
Easy to get to the centre and plenty of mice places to eat around.
