“This little cabin on the canal was the nicest we’ve stayed in the FLX. Everything was clean and fresh. Although small, they thought of everything you may need including extra towels and blankets, kitchen supplies, games, even makings for S’mores! The screened in porch was delightful both early morning and evening.Proximity to Geneva, Seneca park and wineries is great. Mike left a personal note for us with recommendations for eating and sightseeing. A very nice touch! Great place for weekend...

“Exciting and comfortable stay with a great, naturally-clean pond for swimming. Just a few minute drive to Watkins Glenn and remote enough to relax without any noises. Furnishings were all new or like new condition. ”

“Dave has a great secluded get away property! The property was stocked with wood for fires, making it perfect for an evening to have drinks and make smores. It is close to many local wineries, making wine tastings even friendlier! The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. If you are looking to glamp but still have the rustic feel of no electric this is the place! This is a creative way to get people out and in tune with nature. ”

“The home is well equipped with everything you can think of that you may need. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Despite the heat, the air conditioning kept the inside very comfortable. The air conditioning is in a living room window, so bedrooms had fans. The host is right down the road and very receptive to guest's needs. “Cute rustic cabin tucked away with a bit of property for kids and dog to play. Easy access from main road. Check in/check out was a breeze! Would have liked to have been closer to somewhere with direct lake access - we listened to workers cutting tree limbs down most of the time. Owners were very thorough with amenities provided and great to work with. We did not locate any sheets for the pullout couch - we thought that was included with the linens, but I guess we should have brought some...
