Stunning Rothesay apartment 196 5 * reviews wonderful views.

Extremely spacious 3 bedroom apartment recently renovated and enjoying superb sea views. The apartment itself is within a short walk (5 mins) of the main ferry terminal to Wemyss Bay and is also close to all amenities that can be found in the town of Rothesay. 2 bedrooms with double bed, the other with bunk beds, which makes it ideal for family getaways, or couples alike. The stunning, professionally designed and installed kitchen diner with seating for six and a large tv is a welcome place to enjoy cooking or a glass of wine after exploring the many things to do on the island. Or you may even prefer to just relax in the beautiful ballroom sized sitting room, enjoying the warmth of the wood burner watching the smart 3d TV with many apps Inc Netflix You Tube and BBC I player. There is free unlimited Wi Fi together with a Blue Ray DVD. We supply all toiletries and linen tea coffee etc. There is a gents and ladies bike in cellar 3 or 4 and a full set of golf clubs should guests wish to borrow. This holiday let has 156 five star reviews and
we really take a pride in it and wish to give you a great place to stay when visiting this beautiful island. Many of our guests stay here year after year and I really appreciate their business. Bute is a wonderful island with many places of interest to explore including Mount Stuart which is a must. The beaches at Scalpsie Ettrick Bay and Kilchatten are beautiful and
extremely safe. We are so close to Rothesay beach you can hear the waves from the flat.
For those not travelling by car the bus stop is right outside our door and there is an open top tour bus that will take you round the island during the holiday season. We are very busy during the holiday season so best to book early to avoid disappointment.

The apartment is so beautiful inside with a wood burning stove and cosy bedrooms and living space. There is more than enough space and the host is very accommodating and friendly. We felt right at home here.

A beautiful property with a view of the water which will stay with me for a long time. Each window has a stunning view and it was mesmerising to watch the ferry come in and out. Ideally located for a trip to Rothesay and highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment

Beautiful apartment, much bigger than what it looks like in the photos. Views are amazing could spend hours watching the boats. Apartment has everything you need, clean, comfortable and a fabulous kitchen. Would definitely book again when visiting Rothesay.

A great place to stay in Rothesay

This is a lovely, spacious flat looking directly out to see. It's well-located - an easy walk from the ferry- and well-equipped. The host Gordon is very friendly and helpful.

Smashing property

Owner Gordon was easy to communicate with. His place was a fantastic size. Living room had lots of seating although we didn't get a chance to use the living room as we were out and about at Bute festival afternoon and night. Loved that the bus stopped almost outside. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely bathroom, we brought our labradour and he was on the beach a stones throw away. All and all a great flat to visit Bute.

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable short break in Rothesay. The accommodation was very well equipped and comfortable, with lovely views of the bay. The weather was perfect for our stay and the highlight was our guided tour of Mount Stuart.

Absolutely perfect

Perfect flat, with a beautiful view. Lots of space for the family & our wee dog. Everything that you need for a holiday with a family of a variety of ages. We have been before to this flat before and will visit again. The flat is clean, comfortable and welcoming. I love the decor and describe the flat as a quirky little museum. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful Bute

We had a lovely week in the apartment, great host who was very responsive. Super views that we will be sure to miss and a short walk from shops and pubs. A great base for our week of exploring Bute.

Rothsay flat

Waterfront Apartment

We stayed in this property for 3 days . It was clean and very comfortable. Modern appliances in kitchen, modern bathroom and lovely large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Location could not have been better , right across from shore ,amazing views and 5 min walk into town .

Short break to visit family

Property is in a great location to get about Rothesay. It was kept very well and very well stocked for our short stay. As a family with a dog we would happily use this property again when visiting family on the island. Owner was very good at keeping us updated on the lead up and throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this property.

Superb Apartment in the heart of Rothesay

The property is as advertised, spacious and welcoming a real home from home. Colin the owner was excellent in keeping us informed before and during our stay. Loved the location and the spacious layout of the apartment. This will be a first pick anytime we visit Rothesay.

Just lovely

The flat was lovely. It catered beautifully for our needs. It is a short walk from the town centre and the views over the bay are excellent. All of the rooms were excellent and very much suited any needs we had. Loved the modern kitchen and the information folder was very welcoming and specific. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic appartment on beautiful island

This apartment was perfect in every way for it recent stay. It was the best equipped place I've stayed in, so much was thought of and available. The island itself was stunning and we had a great few days relaxing on beaches and in the apartment. The host was fantastic, very responsive to messages sent. Would 110% recommend staying here, we hope to be back!
