"Check in process very unorganized with long lines. Room not ready at the 3pm check in time. Room shower needs a deep clean. Grout is black and brown. Beds are very firm. Bathrooms by pool area are not clean. No waiting staff in beach area or pool area. Resort lacked entertainment ands short staffed. Cat infested resort, cats on furniture In the common spaces. No alcohol being served before 10am and most bars close by 10 pm. Spa has ceilings falling down and holes in ceilings in the water areas. The manager refused to come to room to see the conditions of the bathroom. Sent a video that I will upload here and he noted “he doesn’t see anything wrong”. Definitely not a 5 star hotel!!! Only can get premium alcohol off you book privilege, which was falsely advertised. Food was just ok, Jamaican food was the best at the jerk hut and red snapper. A few good staff that we interacted with: Shameka from housekeeping, Ashdaine, Chevonne from check in, Courtney from bag services, Rocqel from Red Snapper"

"Friendly staff/ family style lay back accommodations/ super clean and safe location / tight security / great price / yard style breakfast enough to keep you full for an entire day and finger licking good too. My overall experience was amazing. My second time here and plan to bring my family here in July for a little retreat in the country side. No entertainment but great for me as I like quiet environment"

"I paid for privilege service and was highly disappointed. Had to fetch my own drinks while others around me were being served. I had to ask another gentleman to order on my behalf due to this. I wish I could post the photos but was highly disappointed. There were some staff there such as Kash Joseph RuthAnn Claudine Millicent who I have gotten to know and made my stay comfortable but as for the pool and butler service would like a complete refund "

The Guest Experience Manager, Shane Haslam, truly stands out. He knows exactly how to make guests feel valued and satisfied. He is always smiling, consistently checks in to see how you’re doing, and no matter the question, he always has a solution. That kind of leadership really shows—his team works well together, and the respect among them is clear. From Daveen at check-in, to Devon Davidson who escorted us, and Shane personally attending to our needs, the service was exceptional across the board. The bar service, overall hospitality, and attention to detail made the entire stay phenomenal. I highly recommend giving them the opportunity—go experience it for yourself. You won’t be disappointed."

"Great setting and view. Rooms and facility old but relatively clean. Breakfast was great but dinner was pretty bad. Would definitely return but not eat dinner on site. "
