"The air was out in the entire building and they only had a few fans. 1 or the 2 elevators near the lobby from the parking garage was broken. This made the morning exit more time consuming than usual. Fire alarm went of several times when there was no issue. We've stayed here before with no issues but this was a terrible stay."

"The room was stark bare. Nothing -- no hair dryer, no coffee pot, no dishes, not even a spoon in the kitchen. In other extended stay places, the kitchen is usually stocked. A QR code in the kitchen assures that guests can get whatever they need, and I was provided promptly with a hair dryer when I asked, but be aware that if you say here, you'll need to ask for everything."

"We only stayed one night. The Inn had not opened for the season yet. It is still recovering from hurricane Helene as is all of Lake Lure. Therefore, there was no dining available. We only encountered one staff person. The reception desk young woman, who was extremely courteous and accommodating. She even offered to take our bags upstairs to our room since the elevator was out of commission. Would definitely return again when everything is in operation."
